Hey, in the v2 protocol there is not enough liquidity for some 1 year old deposits to withdraw and get their initial deposits back, little much the interest. This is a proposal to find a way of making these people whole by blending v3 deposits, or make them whole with a vested staked amount of MPH, think earlier supports of the protocol should be made right.
